Once again the weather gods are against us and have forced a change to our programme.

We have 30 entries for the Dils Funeral Service Pairs event on 9 October which require more than one green.  However, due to continued adverse weather we are unable to use Mayfair green for this event and are therefore limited to the carpet alone. The maximum number of teams that can be accommodated on the carpet is 18.

Rather than cancel the day entirely due to this limitation we are replacing the current full day event on 9 October with two half day events on the same date – the first commencing at 9.15 am and the second at 1.00pm. Current entrants are invited to re-enter the new events.

The events will consist of three 55 minute games.  Entry provisions for the two events are now available in the normal booking facility and of course are limited to 18 teams. Entries from the first 18 teams in each event will be accepted. Teams can only enter one of the new events. Entries close 5pm Tuesday 7 October.
