While this has been previously asked, unfortunately not all have responded so once again we are asking for co-operation from members to make an effort to pay entry fees for tournaments with the correct money.

With prize money being paid out of entry fees it makes it easier for the Convenor of the day to make up the envelopes if the notes are in lower denominations without having to raid the bar cash reserves for change which then creates a problem in that area.

With increasing regularity we are having to change large denomination notes at the bank (not an easy operation these days) and this all takes time and effort on someone’s part.

Please take this on board and do your part and make everyone’s role easier by having the correct entry fee available.  As has been previously mentioned we are not your bank!
