With the fours underway a small band of hagglers took to Mayfair Green for a pleasant afternoon of triples bowls.

The deciding last round match between Russell and Enid’s team resulted in a tight 7-5 win to Russells team to take the top spot. A win to Enid would have put them in top spot on ends so a close run thing. Daphne Davies made a welcome return and went straight to the podium. Her 3 touchers in one end swung the game.
