Another glorious autumn day and a full green with 36 bowlers taking part in Saturdays haggle. We welcomed new business plus members Annette & Paul Sabor, Rosie & Brian Rear and Fiona & Craig Smith to their first haggle. Great to see other business plus members Diane & Paul Muller back again and in the money.

There were two 3 winners, 2 two and half winners and 6 two winners so there were lots of unlucky stories. Final top 6 placings were:

2nd – John Gledhill & Brian Rear 3W 13E 19pts

3rd – Gary Warren & Joe Tordeich 2W 1D 11E

4th – Judi Farkash & Danny Murphy 2W 1D 10E

5th – Maria Baillie & Christine Tordeich 2W 12E 21pts

6th – Muy Chhour & Queenie de la Croix 2W 10E 19pts

We had two lucky dips and these went to Roger Potter & Fiona Smith and Barry McCrystal & Rosie Rear.

Let’s hope for more fine weather and another big turnout next Saturday. On Tuesday afternoon it’s another half day with the first of the Consistency Club Days. Come along and try it out.
