The previously cancelled Knightsbridge Triples event was played on 16 October and due to the grass not being available the field was split into a morning event and an afternoon event so that all could get a game.

In the morning we had 18 teams and the afternoon 12 teams playing 3 games of 8 ends.

The weather was reasonably kind to us with only one sharp shower just as the morning session was completed.  Typically, the wind blew up in the afternoon making it a bit tricky.
