The Board has completed negotiations with Auckland City Council for a new lease on the premises at 11-19 Ramsgate Terrace. The new lease is for a term of 10 years from 1 June 2026 with an automatic right of renewal for another 10 years. The annual rental is the same as before at $1 plus GST.
