The Mixed Graded Fours was played on the carpet green instead of the grass because of the heavy rain on the Saturday.

The winner of the Cup was the team of Ian Baxter, Don MacLean, Colleen Rice and Margaret O’Carroll. They won 2 and a half out of their three games.

Runners-up were Arthur Beale, John Gledhill, Judy Cowie and Allan Langley. They had two wins as did Leon Wech, Jo Baxter , David Payne and Helen Aley with the same number of ends but 14 more points.

The conditions overhead were pleasant all day.
