What a start to the New Bowling year.

Bowling successes have started and congratulations to all participants.

We are fortunate to have new people who have joined the club, they are keen as mustard and are interested in learning how to bowl. It’s important to encourage and help them progress.

We have excellent coaches who are approachable and willing to spend time and energy encouraging new players. All you have to do is ask or attend the allocated coaching time. That applies to all members, you’re never too old to learn.

The newbie’s are involved in how the club ticks and already offering supportive time to assist in so many ways. We all know without volunteers and support a club cannot survive.

Mairangi Bay bowls has a reputation of one, if not the friendliest club on the Shore.   

As a new member comes through let’s keep in mind that we all started were they are and thoughtfulness and patience is paramount.
