Although a number of men were off to Rotorua this week to play in the Arawa Classic, there was a field of 24 teams for the Arena Living Triples.
The winners on the day were Graham Dorreen, Lyn Calver & Roy Arvidson with 4 wins, 29 ends & 62 points.
Second – John Miles, Caryl Miles & Bevan Darlington with 4 wins also but 25 ends & 40 points.
Third – Leon Wech, Stuart Jamieson & Colleen Rice with 3 wins, 37 ends & 76 points.
Fourth – Lionel Drew, Gaye Horne & Ron Horne with 3 wins also but 30 ends & 65 points.
Fifth – Chris Taylor, Bevan Smith & Jan Calcott with 3 wins also, 30 ends & 57 points.
