Thursday Triples 23May

On another lovely autumn day with lots of sunshine and no wind, 18 teams of triples competed in the first of the winter series of events. As usual the level of competition was high and ended up with two teams having 4 wins and three teams with 3 ½ wins sharing 3 prizes. One of the unlucky teams missing out on a major prize did however win the lucky dip.

Overall results were:

1^st        Colleen Rice, Theresa Rogers, Phil Chisholm – 4 wins, 31 ends, 60 points

2^nd       Gerry Strydom, Barry Baillie, Graeme McGregor – 4 wins, 28 ends, 45 points

3^rd        Evan Thomas, Ian Hardy, David Eades – 3 ½ wins, 31 ends, 63 points
