The first Thursday event of the summer programme was completed on 17 September in reasonable conditions without the predicted light rain for later in the day arriving. This was a single entry event but unfortunately the number of entries only enabled 12 teams of triples to be created which was a little disappointing.  There were a couple of late withdrawals due to injury but those who did participate appreciated the opportunity of playing with members who they would not normally play with and all enjoyed the day.

There was one 4 winner and two 3 winners who claimed the prizes which were reduced due to the low number of participants.

2nd  Irene Donaldson/Annie McGrath/ Graeme McGregor 3 wins 30 ends

3rd Judi Farkash/Mark Batley/Louise Ball  3 wins 22 ends
