Bowls North Harbour – Weekly Reminder – 14th September 2021

1.      COVID LOCKDOWN
We are still hoping to hold the PPL Carnival on 16th and 17th October, if we are in Level 2 by this date.  Due to the restrictions on the greens and in the clubhouse at Level 2 we will be restricting the number of rinks being used on a green to 6. We are also restricting the number of greens beingused at any one venue to 1.

CENTRE OPENING AND HANDBOOK
The Center is now for all intents and purposes open.
The handbooks will be distributed as soon as we are able to get them from the printers and get them to your club.  The printers are only able to print them when we get to level 3

MASTERS 2022
Date of tournament:  14th to 18th February 2022
Entries can now be put in using the online registration facility.

BOWLS NEW ZEALAND CEO VISIT TO BOWLS NORTH HARBOUR
If we are down at Level 2, Mark Cameron will be visiting our Centre on 12th October at 6.30pm at Browns Bay Bowling club.

Bowls New Zealand Affiliation fee
For the information of clubs, the Bowls NZ affiliation fee for the 2021/2022 season will be increased by the CPI of 1.5%. This will be the amount increased on the payment amount made to Bowls NZ last season.
Invoices for this affiliation fee will be sent directly to clubs by Bowls NZ.

CLEARANCE CERTIFICATES
As per an email sent to you earlier in the day Clearance certificates are no longer required.
