The MBBC 1 – 5 Any Combination Pairs were played Saturday and Sunday the 18th and 19th of February in lovely warm sunshine.
There were ten teams entered with 5 making it through qualifying to play in the post section on Sunday.

In the first post section game Ralph & Flora lost to the Rick’s 19/9 who then played Jim Center & Rosemary Nicol and in the best game of the day, lost 19/9

Jim & Rosemary advanced to the final where they played Michael Thomas & Graeme McGregor, who beat Stuart Mackay  & Jane Mackay 27/12 in the other semi-final.

Alas things didn’t go quite so well for Jim & Rosemary in the final as Michael & Graeme, last years winners, proved just to strong to win 25-9.
